Actual Salary: Actual annual salary is currently £16,341 to £17,257
Working Pattern: 21 Hours per week, 3 days Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8.30am to 4pm
Contract: Permanent

The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, passionate, experienced, committed, forward thinking HLTA to join our school with excellent skills who is able to inspire, motivate and communicate outstanding practice in our school team.
We are looking for an excellent HLTA who:
• Will compliment teachers’ delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework and / or National curriculum and contribute to the development of other support staff, students and school policies and strategies.
• Will work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist teachers in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources.
• Will supervise whole classes occasionally during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Will provide support for students, the teacher and the school in order to raise standards of achievement for all, by utilising advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing classes.
• Will encourage students to become independent learners, to provide support for their welfare, and to support the inclusion of students in all aspects of school life.
• Will be responsible for and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and for ensuring that they are protected from harm.
